As Autumn ushers in all things fall, let’s take that in for a moment; it’s the perfect time to be reminded that it’s also the season of gratitude!
Although gratitude is something we should focus on all year, November is often considered the “gratitude month” because of Thanksgiving.
This makes it the perfect time to really focus on being thankful for all we have as well as for showing gratitude to others.
If you’re struggling with finding things to be thankful for, this 30-Day Gratitude Challenge is just what you need to shift your mindset and refocus your energy to bring you more harmony and balance.
But by all means, it’s not meant to create any feelings of pressure—rather honor your ability to receive and give gratitude of thankfulness!
